Application:

Water cooling radiator test machine is used to measure the heat dissipation of water-cooled radiators.It usually consists of the following main parts: water-cooled test chamber, sensors, cooling unit, water system, software system, etc.It simulates the working environment of the radiator and measures the heat dissipation of the radiator by controlling the flow and temperature of water. Sensors and accessories are used to collect and transmit test data to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. The software system is responsible for the automatic collection, processing and analysis of data, as well as the control and monitoring of the test process.

Features:

The heat medium circulation system can ensure the stability of the radiator inlet pressure andthe accuracy of the temperature.
All heating water tanks adopt a double-layer insulation structure, and the inner chamber is made of 304 stainless steel plate, the insulation has good anti-rust performance.
The entire pipeline system adopts high-temperature resistant PPR pipes, which have high high temperature and high pressure resistance and good anti-rust performance
