Vacuum oven degassing process is mainly used in industries such as LED lamps, LED epoxy resins, fluorescent silicone, plastic toys, transformer glue potting, resin crafts, AB glue, silicone rubber, polyurethane, bonding black glue degassing, and electronic product potting. Its working principle is to reduce the pressure to allow the gas in the material to escape, thereby achieving the purpose of degassing. Specifically, the material to be degassed is placed in a vacuum oven, and then vacuumed so that the air pressure in the vacuum oven is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, so that the gas in the material can escape. As the air pressure gradually decreases, the bubbles in the material will gradually be discharged until the desired degassing effect is achieved.
