There are two reasons for the humidity EGO alarm.
1. Humidify drum is dry and over-temperature protected due to lack of water;
2. Humidity EGO device is working abnormally.
Solution:
1. Humidify drum lack of water, dry burning and over-temperature protection
Check whether there is water in the humidify drum and water cups. If there are no water, check the waterway system. Whether there is scale blocking the waterway. If so, please clean it up in time (including replacing the water quality filter). Whether the water pump is working properly and can replenish water in time.
